Mecoil has been involved since 1990 in conditions’ monitoring strategies of critical assets in the most of Italian facilities, thanks to partnership with Spectro Scientific, world leader in oil analysis instruments production.
We created a fully dedicated web based platform to integrate analyses reports and customers’ feedback, in order to develop an interactive system to manage well-focused diagnosis. Any evidence of excessive wear, contaminants ingestion, mix up of lubricants become immediately available with a precise warning to help
management on selecting proper corrective actions.
Our patented and exclusive vacuum sampling bottle is the central part of the entire project. Oil analysis process depends (95%) on the quality of the sample,
avoiding cross contamination during oil drawing is critical.
Knowledge and training are indispensable to develop a good program of lubrication practices, we have been able to create since 1995 an active partnership with Noria, to certify hundreds of "Machine Lubrication Specialist”.
We are committed to Safety and environmental respect to reduce waste and prolonging the useful life of in-service lubricants; actively participating to ASTM round robin circuit for in-service oil analysis with top scoring.
