A FULL SPECTRUM OF HOT CAST POLYURETHANE SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY’S PROCESSES

What do we think about when talking about maintenance?
Should it only maintain our machineries in good condition to obtain the same output? Or could it be more?
We believe that maintenance is an important occasion to not only keep our processes up and running but also to improve them. Often, standard first party equipment lacks customization to the exact customer environment offering inadequate protection against specific elements like acids or abrasive materials in different concentration.
In these situations, its mandatory to find spare parts that better responds to the
requirements of a specific environment. In our experience, hot cast polyurethanes have demonstrated to be a strong ally against abrasion, corrosion, compression and elongation breaks. (some example are spare parts for pumps, filters and valves membranes, wheels etc.)
Thanks to these materials we could revive old machineries as well as greatly increase the times between maintenance breaks (something we all should strive to achieve).
