ABSTRACT

SUSTAINABILITY, TECHNLOGY AND RELIABILITY

AESSEAL Italia will present a speech encompassing three main themes: Sustainability, technology, and reliability.

Sustainability: AES Engineering Ltd group has attained global net zero status for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Their products aid customers in reducing their own emissions. Consequently, the group has computed the 'product avoidance emissions,' which significantly surpass the greenhouse gas emissions linked to operations.

Technology: The group has made substantial investments in technology aimed at enhancing customer service. These investments ensure streamlined manufacturing processes and the delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, investments are made in design and automation, guaranteeing that customers never need to seek alternative sources of supply. In 2024, the 'Factory for the Future' became operational, representing a £70 million investment within the Rotherham Headquarters in the UK.

Reliability: The group has set an ambitious goal to become the leading global reliability business, providing solutions to help industries conserve water, energy, reduce pollution, and contribute to a better world. AVT Reliability, a part of the group, offers Machine Sentry, enabling reliability engineers in the UK to gather and monitor data on factory machinery worldwide, ensuring dependable performance, preventing breakdowns, and averting potential environmental incidents. AESSEAL have recently launched System Sentry. System Sentry® is an all-in-one solution employing pressure and temperature monitoring to allow the user to monitor the health of a 53B system using API 682 4th edition methods, quickly, simply, and without the need for additional cabling. The onboard algorithm does all the calculations for each system to tell the user when they need to top up the barrier fluid.
