CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF INTELLIGENT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON INDUSTRIAL BIG DATA
In order to achieve safe production and high reliability operation of coal chemical enterprise, the case introduced in this paper takes the pilot construction of "Industrial Internet + Hazardous Chemical Safety Production" as an opportunity to establish an equipment integrity management system covering the entire life cycle of equipment. The plant uses mobile APP, QR code,
big data analysis and other technologies to integrate DCS, online corrosion monitoring, online lubrication system, large-scale groups equipment and pump monitoring system, and builds an intelligent maintenance information system(iMIS) based on industrial big data. The iMIS associates equipment real-time data and fault early warning with equipment inspection, lubrication, fault reporting, preventive maintenance, repair order management, etc., By monitoring and analyzing the health status of equipment, the abilities of big data analyzing and diagnosing equipment operation status, intelligent decision- making of equipment management are strengthened. The iMIS has achieved 100% full coverage of basic equipment data; on-site task mobility; key activities such as inspection, lubrication, maintenance plan, and repair order have achieved 100% paperless operation. The iMIS comprehensively improves the safety, reliability, maintainability and integrity of equipment, ensuring that the plant is always in a safe and reliable controlled state.
