ABSTRACT
DIGITALISATION SUPPORT FOR THE COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OF ERP AND HR PROCESSES RELATED TO ASSET MANAGEMENT: THE INTEGRATED MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY PLATFORM FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS OF DATA RELATING TO SUPPLIER AND COST CONTROL
In a rapidly changing market, Transition 5.0 represents one of the most important challenges for companies. This new evolutionary phase goes beyond simple automation and digitalization,
integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data with the aim of creating an industry that is not only more efficient but also sustainable, human-centric, and resilient. In this context, asset management, understood both as energy consumption control and technical maintenance, plays a crucial role.
An integrated digital solution can support companies in their transition to Industry 5.0, enabling complete and advanced management of ERP and HR processes related to asset management. In particular, a complete Maintenance and Safety platform allows you to optimize the maintenance activities of plants, machinery, and infrastructure, as well as the people’s safety and work
environments. This approach enables a holistic view of the asset lifecycle.
1. Technical Maintenance Control: the solution improves breakdown prediction, optimizes the planning of maintenance interventions, and monitors asset performance in real-time. This proactive approach reduces downtime and enhances operational efficiency.
2. Advanced Energy Management: the platform, by exchanging data with field devices and analyzing information through IoT, enables accurate control of energy consumption, identifying wastage and optimizing resource use. This not only reduces operating costs but also contributes to environmental sustainability goals, which are fundamental in Transition 5.0. The solution also allows for in-depth reading, processing, control, and accounting of the energy invoices.
3. Worker Safety: safety is another fundamental pillar of Transition 5.0. The platform integrates functionalities for continuous workers health and safety monitoring, reducing the risk of accidents and improving their well-being. The availability of real-time data allows for prompt intervention in case of anomalies, ensuring a safer work environment. The integration between maintenance and safety enables the control of qualifications and the verification of supplier requirements in the case of intra and extra moenia contracts for maintenance management.
4. Analysis and Reporting: the platform's analytical tools allow for the real-time collection and analysis of all data related to maintenance control and energy consumption. This is
fundamental for having a clear and detailed view of the company's machinery and plant performance, improving decision-making processes, and saving costs.
5. Integration: thanks to the integration of the technical maintenance platform with ERP and HR systems, it is possible to manage documents, invoicing, administrative practices, budgets, health and safety compliance, and personnel management, eliminating
information silos and promoting efficient communication between various departments. This ensures centralized and consistent management of company information.
To summarize, the digitalization and integration of systems can transform asset management, making businesses more efficient, safe, and sustainable, and supporting their journey towards
Transition 5.0.
