That is our goal! So we asked ourselves: how can we achieve it?

Over the years, Würth has built its image by being recognised as a supplier of high quality products that meet the specific needs of a wide range of professionals.

But is this still enough today? Is it what we want? This is 2024, and to inspire our customers it is no longer enough to base our entire business on products. The vision has changed completely. We are convinced that the best way to work with companies is to become partners, to create projects and innovations together. That is why we have invested and continue to invest in an omnichannel approach, where the customer and working with the customer is fundamental. As we said at the beginning, we don't just want to respond to our customers' needs, we want to be at the forefront of innovation, at the forefront of digitalisation, proposing change and continuous improvement even before it becomes necessary.

Our vision is "Every customer, his Würth". In order to work towards this goal, we have added more than 200 branches nationwide to our more than 2,000 sales consultants. This enables us to provide our customers with timely and comprehensive advice. But that was just the beginning. To work with our customers in their businesses, proposing to work together to improve processes, we have developed solutions with logistics systems that meet the needs of each of our customers, from the smallest to the most structured. All of this is related to digitalisation and innovation. From the simplest solutions such as Online-Shop and APP to E-Procurement solutions. All these solutions, even in combination, allow us to streamline processes and reduce errors. To reach the metaverse, virtual reality and augmented reality. We combine these solutions with practical applications that companies that work with us can use in their daily work, improving quality and efficiency, reducing errors, and increasing quality. Solutions that find their ideal application in the world of maintenance. Such as Holo Maintenance, created precisely to propose technological innovation in the world of maintenance.
