ABSTRACT
MECHATRONICS: THE VALUE OF THE REFINE DATA IN THE COMPONENT
As the integration of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering disciplines continues to evolve, the ability to gather and utilize robust and significative data sets becomes primary. Enhanced data enables components to operate with greater precision, adaptability, and efficiency. Through advanced sensors and embedded systems, mechatronic components can monitor performance in real-time, predict potential issues, and optimize functionality in various applications, ranging from industrial automation to robotics and beyond. Ultimately, the value of enhanced data lies in its capacity to drive innovation, improve reliability, and unlock new possibilities in the dynamic field of mechatronics.
In this panel, Camozzi Automation will showcase its integrated mechatronic methodology. The components are designed using an end-to-end engineering approach, which combines pneumatics, mechanics and electronics and pursue the development of advanced and digital applications. The workshop's goal is to show how the industrial digital transformation is an integrated process rather than a standalone one, based on a solid understanding of hardware components as well as the ability to manage data at the edge, using technologies like machine learning, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of things from the inside of the components.
