In the current industrial scenario, maintenance has become a key driver of operational efficiency and cost reduction. This presentation will explore the future of industrial maintenance, highlighting the crucial role of data.
In the age of data, with a look towards artificial intelligence, the first key step is to manage data from its creation. We will explore what data i part of the maintenance environment, how they can be collected and immediately applied: assessing the effectiveness of maintenance strategies, asset performance and capitalising on field experiences.
We will also discuss the digital tools that can support you in this journey: Asset Management, Asset Data Collection, Reporting and Analytics tools, and how these tools are evolving using the latest technologies.

Marco Allario, graduated in Computer Engineering, specialized in Industrial Automation, and with over 10 years of experience in the industrial operations sector. His deep passion for industrial automation has led him to delve into various areas, from marking and traceability to machine interfacing and automation, before focusing on MES, EAM, and APS systems. Throughout his career, he has worked to understand the needs of every business profile, from maintenance technicians to managers. He currently serves as a Product Manager at the former Wonderware Italia, now known as Factory Software, where he continues to apply his experience and dedication to optimize industrial operations and meet market demands.
