Ilaria Michelizzi works for AVEVA since 2019.  As Presales Manager, she leads the Southern Europe consultant team that supports customers in accelerating their operational excellence, optimising the value chain from performance to maintenance practices, and driving sustainable use of world’s resource through AVEVA Operations portfolio. Her 20 years’ experience spans from large EPC projects to digital twin & AI solutions adoption for continuous improvement in the energy, process and manufacturing industries.

Roberta Rossetti is a Senior Consultant Pre-Sales in AVEVA with 8 years of experience working with the PI System. She joined OSIsoft in February 2016 as a Product Support Engineer in Germany and learnt how to support our customer
at best troubleshooting and teaching how to get the most out of the PI System Platform. She moved into the Pre-Sales role in 2018, where she could express at best her customer-oriented attitude, supporting the Sales Organization delivering the PI System values especially to our Italian customer. After 7 years spent abroad, she recently moved back to Italy to be even closer to the market and team she supports.
