THE EVOLUTION OF MAINTENANCE FUNCTION” IN THE INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL TRANSITION SCENARIO

 

 With the   approval by the ONU of definition proposed by the Lady Gro Hasrelm   Bruntland  " what is the Sustainable Development” Geneva 20 March 1987,the Perspectives , Aims, Objectives, Strategies of Industries and infrastructures are changed facing the Sustainability Values, supported in many case by  technologies INDUSTRY 4.0 ,   many of them so important to  be defined  Maintenance 4.0. We are facing an European industrial Complex Transition Scenario 2021-2025 with new responsibilities and   multi new factors to be considered in new frameworks. The Objective of the workshop is a Management Opportunity to analyze the Maintenance Function evolution from the last years till now, the basic objectives, the role, the Maintenance sub functions, the more appropriate organization structure,  to know the CEN  Maintenance  Standard  available  and the basic Paradigma to build ,achieve a maintain an excellent Maintenance  Service,   to measure the performances ,to move from  restore failures  to prevent failures trough the Maintenance Engineering Deployment   and "Early equipment improving methods,” to increase the intrinsic  and  operational availability, to extend  the life cycle of  physical assets, adopting Circular Economy,  generating thanks to Artificial Intelligence the better performances of physical asset, to contribute to the ESG  "Sustainability Rating, and measuring the economic Return of Maintenance Expenditures to demonstrate the values of Maintenance Function.
