At Gatti Filtrazioni Lubrificanti, we boast a decade-long experience in the proper management of lubricants. Specifically, we offer an effective and efficient service in analysis, monitoring, filtration, reclamation, and flow management. We handle hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gear oil, turbine oil, and glycol water.

Our philosophy is based on innovation and sustainability. Our advanced monitoring system involves the installation of highly technological sensors at your stations, which allow monitoring the condition of the fluids remotely and in real-time, through an AI platform. In case of anomaly detection, the system will immediately send an alert to both your and our operational center, which will promptly intervene to resolve the issue. Our support is active 24/7 and includes periodic sampling of lubricants, which will be analyzed in our state-of-the-art predictive maintenance laboratory, one of the most advanced in Italy. The AI, managing our sensors, allows us to optimize interventions to prevent oil degradation. Clean and properly maintained oil not only ensures a reduction in fluid consumption but also decreases energy consumption. In 2023, thanks to our systems, we extended the life of 910,000 liters of oil, thereby contributing to the safeguarding of the planet.

Through periodic scheduled filtration interventions, we contribute to keeping your industrial equipment performing at its best, increasing productivity, and drastically reducing additional expenses due to unexpected breakdowns and urgent repairs.

We also offer central reclamation services. These involve emptying and cleaning hydraulic power units, lubrication systems, reducers, and turbine housings. After a preliminary analysis, the system is emptied and cleaned both internally and externally. Subsequently, the previously stored lubricant is filtered and reintroduced into the unit.

The filtration and reclamation operations ensure a reduction in electricity consumption of approximately 4.53% over 6 hours for each individual motor. Clean oil allows the machine to operate more efficiently, resulting in tangible benefits for both your facilities and the environment.

Furthermore, Gatti Filtrazioni Lubrificanti has obtained a patent for the filtering systems of the TFLM 700 line and for the first automatic flushing plant in Europe, a revolutionary system that cleans pipelines, eliminating productive metallic micro-residues that could damage your machinery over time. When installing a new machine, it is common for assembly residues to remain deposited inside the pipelines, potentially harmful to the entire system.

Fabio Gatti, CEO and Founder of Gatti Filtrazioni Lubrificanti. Grown up in Lumezzane, a small town in the Brescia, where work is an essential part of ourselves and our metality. 

My career has started when I was 20 years old, as technical sales in lubrificants trade.

In 2009, during a well known crisis period, I feel as I was incomplete, it was in that moment that I decided to start trading filtration systems, from my home garage. At the same time, I continued commercing, in order to mantein my family. 

It was the 2014 the year that I have the pleasure to define the year of the changes. In this year I entered into the market the GATTI FILTRAZIONI LUBRIFICANTI logo and brand, simultaneously starting at the manifacturing of filtration systems. 

I consider myself as a positive persone, that strongly belive in youg people, beacuse they are the future of our amazing country, Italy. 

I love the challenges because they are the only way to imporve. 

My job is for me a great passion.
